Shipping Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days – $7.95 or FREE on orders over $150
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days – $15.95
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days – $24.95
- Overnight Shipping: Next business day – $34.95 (order must be placed by 1 PM EST)
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the order date.
International Shipping
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or through our Order Status page at shopalembika.com.
Shipping Restrictions
Some remote areas and international destinations may have shipping restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may ship separately if they are coming from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot modify addresses once an order is placed. Packages shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are automatically insured for their full value against loss or damage during transit. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at shopalembika.com.
Holiday Shipping
During holiday seasons, we recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Specific holiday shipping deadlines are announced on our website and in our newsletter.
