Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Return
Start your return by visiting our returns portal at shopalembika.com. You’ll need your order number and email address to begin the process. Once initiated, you’ll receive a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.
Return Options
- Refund: Receive your money back to your original payment method
- Exchange: Swap for a different size or color (subject to availability)
- Store Credit: Get immediate credit for future purchases
Return Costs
Standard return shipping is free for US customers. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shopalembika.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit, you’ll receive an electronic gift card that never expires and can be used on any future purchase from shopalembika.com.
Holiday Returns
Extended holiday return policies will be clearly communicated during holiday seasons. Typically, purchases made in November and December may be returned until January 31st.
